Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs? We ship world wide and the costs are as follows - UK standard: £6.00 + £1 per item
UK Tracked: £10.00
UK 24 hour: £15.00
International Tracked: £20.00
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery times are - National / 2-5 business days
Europe/ 5-10 business days
Rest of the world / 5-12 business days
If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by Imtayaz Qassim provide a tracking number and insurance of your package.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return or exchange my order?
We will not refund any item unless it is defective or damaged. If it happens that your received item is defective or damaged, please send us an email and we will respond within 48 business hours. Please note that the item must be unworn with all its original tags.
If you want to return your order for store credit or exchange for a different size, please send us an email. You can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days after you received your order. Once we received the returned item, you’ll receive your gift card code typically within 48 hours. We don’t cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.
